The dramatic scrolls within the grills are cleverly wrapped with metal ties. Each inner scroll is finished with a delicate process which results in a flat hammered end, giving the appearance of a genuinely, hand made piece. One single arrow-straight, hammered tube marks the center of the bed. Two single loops wrap around each post connecting together with the grill; hugging metal to wood. You don’t have to go far to find the inspiration for the distinctive finish of the mixed-media Grenada bed. The hardwood posts are finished in a beautiful Cocoa Walnut, a darker chocolate brown color.
