After searching numerous web sites, I finally found a headboard made of maple. This find was fantastic and looks so good in the guest bedroom. I searched for maple because of current furnishings. The black determine the nightstands, which had to be a cerain width to fit the space. I also found these on Amazon. Black Telephone Table, End Table or Nightstand with 2 Drawers The headboard is well made, sturdy and attached to the bed frame easily. Matte Black/Maple Finish Shiloh Headboard – Queen It was a fantastic buy compared to the cost of other headboards, especially with FREE shipping!
